Executive summary

Azure Operation Center is a unified operations and management platform aggregating 20+ solutions into a single dashboard across five pillars: Monitoring, Resiliency, Compliance, Cost Optimization, and Security. This project exemplify collaboration among 10+ teams including product, engineering and UX. Positioned for November 2025 Microsoft Ignite announcement with keynote mention by CEO Satya.

My role:

  • Lead designer for landing dashboard

  • Provide design pattern and guidance for all 5 pillar’s tier 2 dashboards.

Objectives:

  • Reduce IT operation management fragmentation

  • Automate and troubleshoot with Copilot and agentic experiences

  • Enable cross-sell and upsell across Azure management solutions

Business impact:

  • $200M new revenue

  • 1K customers paying for the Operation center agent
